Where do you ship?

We ship Globally, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped from our domestic or international warehouses, depending on what ensures the fastest delivery to your location.

Estimated delivery time is typically 10–20 business days, though many customers receive their orders sooner. Please allow for extra time during peak seasons or due to uncontrollable factors like customs delays or severe weather.

Tracking details will be provided for every order once it ships.


Will I receive tracking info?

Yes! A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Please note: occasional delays may occur due to carrier or customs issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


What happens if my order gets lost in transit?

Every order is shipped with insurance and tracking. In the rare case your package is lost, held at customs, or returned to us, we've got you covered!
We’ll send a replacement package with priority shipping where possible.

Are there any customs fees or import taxes?

Prices on our site are listed and converted in a dropdown menu Country/region, and all taxes are covered on our end.
However, import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details, as we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.


What if there are extended shipping delays?
